Our Commitment to Employees

In 2017, Anderson Technologies received the first-place Human Resource Best Practice award from industry trade group Manufacturers Association for Plastics Processors (MAPP). The MAPP organization awarded this designation to Anderson Technologies based on the innovative “Success Coach” program Anderson Technologies operates in conjunction with other West Michigan employers.
The Anderson Technologies motto is “helping you achieve new levels of Success.” It isn’t just a slogan, but is truly our goal for all of our team members.
Anderson Technologies recognizes that every employee, no matter what walk of life they are from, has struggles and challenges in their life. These challenges can affect their work performance, demeanor and overall well-being and mental health.
Anderson Technologies has partnered with a Success Coach to offer onsite resources and immediate assistance for Anderson employees. The Success Coach can help employees with any personal need, from financial literacy to assistance with housing. Meetings between employees and the Success Coach are confidential, and can take place at work or outside of work hours. The Success Coach holds office hours during all three shifts.
Anderson Technologies understands that stability in our workforce is crucial to our success.  Helping employees with the difficulties in their life is one way that help each employee attain a new level of success.
