Anderson Technologies has 28 injection molding presses: vertical and horizontal, electronic and hydraulic. We also have the necessary equipment such as central drying, pneumatic material conveyance, mobile high pressure desiccant dryers, water and oil temperature control units, and portable hydraulic units for multiple sequential mold actuations.  And of course we have a substantial collection of robotics, process control equipment (RJG eDart System™), and strategic automation equipment as required.  This allows us to efficiently and effectively mold products in a broad array of commodity and technically engineered material.

• Twelve 100-250 ton presses, with injection capacity of 6.10 – 24.0 oz.
• Eight 250-500 ton presses, with injection capacity of 25.00 – 45.68 oz.
• Three 500-800 ton presses, with injection capacity of 60.00 – 90.00 oz.
• We also have thermoplastic compression molding capabilities.
