There’s a whole lot more to a high-quality injection molding supplier than simply making components.  We are proud of our TS-19649 Quality Certification, which assures you that we’ll do a great job on the technical side.

But in addition to manufacturing high-quality plastic injection molded components, Anderson Technologies also offers value-added services to support the product development lifecycle:

• Materials: recommendation and selection, including support for sustainability goals.
• 3D modeling and analysis: we create prototypes, and can also overlay FEA analysis on your prototype to identify potential weak points or stress points in the molded part. This allows you to see how your parts will look and function, and to make design modifications prior to manufacturing the mold.
• Mold design and making:  we offer a complete in-house mold making capability, as well as mold repair services.  In addition, we may source the injection molds domestically or internationally, depending on your requirements.
• Vendor managed programs: we can integrate both plastic and non-plastic components into complete products or assemblies.  This simplifies the supply chain and reduces manufacturing overhead costs.
